Catalyst Pizza Co. started in a food truck—just a small setup, a big vision, and a serious obsession with making great pizza.

Those early days were all about hustle: dialing in dough, serving slices through a window, learning from every customer, and doing things the hard way so we could do them the right way. The truck gave us our foundation—focus on quality, consistency, and the kind of food that keeps people coming back.

After being displaced by the Paradise, California fires, that food truck became more than a business. It became a fresh start. A chance to rebuild, put roots down, and turn a tough chapter into something meaningful.

As we grew, so did the idea. What began on wheels evolved into Catalyst Pizza Co.—a brick-and-mortar spot inspired by classic Italian-American pizzerias, powered by New York and Detroit-style pizza, and fueled by community, music, and nostalgia.

Today, we still carry that food-truck mindset: keep it honest, keep it fun, and never lose sight of why we started. Great pizza, good vibes, and a place where everyone feels welcome.
