From Paradise to Grants Pass: Our Story

In November 2018, the Camp Fire wiped the town of Paradise, California off the map. In a matter of hours, everything changed. Like thousands of our neighbors, we lost our home, our community, and the life we knew.

But we still had the food truck. And we had each other. After months of figuring out the next move, we landed in Southern Oregon — pulled in by the mountains, the rivers, and a community that welcomed us with open arms.

Grants Pass became home. Parking the truck at local events turned into a following, which turned into a brick-and-mortar dream. Today Catalyst Pizza Co. has two spots — Grants Pass and Medford — and both are proof that something good can grow out of something devastating.
